Neglected Stuff Challenge Blog Post

Well I've discovered another wonderful challenge blog designed to not only get my creative juices flowing, but this one will help me use some of the stuff that I ignore on a regular basis. It's called The Neglected Stuff Challenge and is perfect for so many of us, especially if we've been crafting for some time.

My "Neglected Stuff" in this card are the pink and white gingham dots. I went a little crazy with the amount I included here, but I really need to use them up! I bought them at a rubber stamp expo about ten years ago. Have you ever been to one of those shows? They're downright overwhelming! And even though I love them, after stamping for many years it's still hard to decide what to buy.

Anyway, I picked them up and maybe used them once. Part of the problem with them is that they're hollow on the inside, kind of like a contact lens, so they don't stick real well. To adhere them to this card, I used glue.
