Well after yesterday's card class in which I had 13 ladies, it feels really good to just sit down and make one card! I forgot how much work goes into putting on a class, and maybe I'm a little older too. :)
Anyway, today's card is made for Retro Rubber's Merry Christmas Chhallenge #221. (#rrcb221) It's their last challenge this year and the theme is simply Merry Christmas. There is a design that goes along with it, and my inspiration from that is the sheet music and the metallic bells.
It's a little hard to see from the photo, but the ornaments are silver and the tops of the ornaments are gold.
Here's my complete supply list:
- White Card Stock
- Rubber Stamp Tapestry Stamps (2015)
- Stampin' Up! Merry Music DSP
- SU! Real Red Ink & Card Stock
- SU! Garden Green Ink
- SU! Pear Pizzazz Ink
- SU! Soft Suede Ink
- SU! Ornate Ornaments Dies
- Silver & Gold Card Stock from Michaels
It's really getting down to the wire for sending Christmas cards out and I've got to get working on that now.
Merry Christmas to everyone and I hope you have a blessed season, and a special thanks to everyone over at Retro Rubber for all their hard work all year long!
So lovely, Barb, I've always loved these ornaments! Your paper choices are just right, too - great take! Thanks so much for playing at Retro Rubber!
