Here's a simple card that I made using one of my favorite Stampin' Up! sets called Beautiful Day. I bought this set so I could have something cool to watercolor, but after creating the background for this card, I felt like it needed something less busy to balance it out. I chose the butterfly in this set for that purpose. It's simply stamped with Not Quite Navy ink on white card stock.
I thought it looked a little bare when I placed it against the busy patterned paper background, so I put some Stickles on the wings to add interest.
It was easy to make, but those who receive our cards don't really know that. All they know is that someone has sent them a pretty card. That's what I hope this one will do!
